My main interests

Reading.

Reading is what I spend most of my free time doing. Reading allows me to submerge myself into a fictional world where my problems are not my own. But also to feel things I have never felt. I have cried many times over fictional characters but I have also found solace in many others. It can teach you many things. It can improve your vocabulary. And you can have fun reading whatever you want. Reading is my escape.

Hockey.

Hockey brought me some of my closest friends and I will forever be grateful. But it also taught me to focus and be resilient. I learned to work with my team and I learned the sport in only a year, so I can pick things up fast. But what matters the most is that I still play now. It brings me joy and reminds me there is still fun in the world. It is also the only form of cardio that I don’t abhor.
